Dear Friends & Clients,
I hope this finds you and your families safe and healthy and continuing to engage in safe and healthy behaviors like social distancing and washing hands which do make a difference. We’re all in this together and we’ll survive this crisis together. As Governor Cuomo recently said, “Kick Coronavirus’ Ass!”
While our offices are closed, we are VIRTUALLY open. You can reach us by phone, email, or video-conference. Our phone number is 516-822-7866 and our e-mail address is [email protected]. Don’t hesitate to call about anything–even if you just want to chat. Also, check out our Facebook Page for regular updates and posts. We’re here to help and support you!
Let us know if you need Health Care Proxies or Powers of Attorneys for you and your family, including your adult children (18 & over). We can prepare these for you and execute them virtually through video-conferencing.
The New York Courts continue to be severely restricted, with litigation and proceedings generally limited to emergency matters. Notwithstanding this, we continue to process cases and will seek to move matters forward on a virtual basis. If you have a question about your case, call us and we can discuss it.
For the most up-to-date information about the Coronavirus Crisis, visit the Nassau County Dept. of Health. The site also has links to other agencies like the CDC.
Also, visit the Mid-Island Y-JCC’s Virtual Page, where there are virtual links for exercise, education, activities for kids & adults, virtual tours, etc…. One of my favorite links is the Virtual Tour of the Museum of Natural History, You can also take a virtual stroll through the New York Botanical Gardens in the Bronx.
If you’re interested, there is a Community Interfaith Pause & Heal Event that you can access through Zoom — just click on this Meeting ID number and get started: zoom.us/j/669432045. If you need help using Zoom, give me a call.
We Are All in This Together
